While LA has been quite hot this summer, there have been few weekends where it's hot enough to go to the beach. Seriously. It will be 90 degrees on Thursday and then Saturday rolls around and it's overcast. Major bummer. So I have spent the past 2 days at the beach catching up on lost time and today looks like it will be more of the same. Ahh... summer. Finally.
This recipe from Canelle et Vanille looks like an amazing way to end this fabulous, 3 day sun-drenched weekend. Saturn peach and pistachio nougat ice cream. Perhaps I'll have to add ice cream machine to my wedding registry.
