Scott snapped this pic in NYC and calls these ladies The Coolest. I'm sure he's talking about the one on left in the green darty pants (I can't really get into the MC Hammer pant thing. Seriously, why would you want to make your hips look wider?). All I can focus on is those black studded ankle booties on the right. Where do I find them???
