Narrowing the choices down

Alex and I are heading up to the Bay tomorrow for a whirlwind wedding weekend. We're tasting 4 different caterers, meeting up with a photographer, and talking with a potential florist. I've been looking around trying to narrow down my color palette having a rough time.  As much as I aspire to be a crisp, all white, minimalist I'm just not. I love me some color. LOTS of color. These flowers by La Partie Events (based in my Santa Monica hood!!) just make me grin ear to ear. Alex too. I think that's the effect we're going for.  Peonies, ranunculus, dahlias, mums... my faves! Hobnail milk glass vases... yes please! I think we're on to something here. Finally.

  2. I think I LOVE the concept of all white, but would never choose it for myself (I need color too!) And you can't go wrong with milk vases...

  4. lovely lovely lovely!
the yellow and pink flowers and the white vases are gorgeous and not over the top for someone with crisp- all white - minimalist aspirations.
I like the vases so much, I´ll have to see if ebay Germany has some.
    Have a lovely weekend!

  5. I love this color palette. Are you thinking of using the parasols? That's a neat idea to keep your guests cool with shade for a sunny outdoor wedding.
